Client satisfaction is very important to me, and as an artist I’m very aware that color and size perception is not always as we perceive it through online technology. For this reason, I do offer a full return policy with certain exceptions.
All paintings leave the studio in excellent condition and packaged very carefully, therefore the condition of the painting upon delivery is not considered valid criteria for return. Paintings sold with a 20% or greater sale price are not returnable.
Return requests need to be submitted within one week of delivery, and paintings must be physically returned within three weeks of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Buyers are asked to provide written explanation of the reason for return.
The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and once the painting is received in the same condition as it left the studio, buyers will receive a full refund for the initial purchase price. The painting should be mailed back using the original packaging material.
